The small vacation house (45sqm) offers space for 2 persons. In addition, the sofa can be used for two more people or children as a sleeping opportunity. From the entrance area you enter directly into the open kitchen and dining area on the left. Fully equipped with stove, oven, large refrigerator and freezer including dishes can be cooked here to your heart's content. Right next to it is the small but nice bathroom with shower and toilet. From the hallway on the right you enter the living area with sofa, TV and recliner. The separate bedroom offers space for two people and convinces with modern and simple furnishings. From the living room you can directly access the terrace with large parasol and barbecue facilities. A fire bowl can also be used on warm summer nights and promises cozy hours outdoors. 

Shopping facilities, bakery as well as a drugstore are located in 300 meters distance. Also a hardware store and other stores are in the immediate vicinity. The next bathing place is 50 meters away. 

The small Havelfinca is the ideal starting point for trips into the countryside. By bike into the water-rich surrounding countryside or on foot into the historic city center - there is a lot to discover in the Havel town of Zehdenick.
