Train: Take the RB25 regional express from Werneuchen to Berlin Ostkreuz and then the S7 regional train to Berlin central station (about 1 hour).
Car: take the RB25 regional express from Werneuchen to Ahrensfelde and from here return to Berlin by car (about 1 hour).
