The "Haus am See" holiday apartment is situated in a quiet location on the Miersdorfer Werder peninsula, next to Lake "Großer Zug". The forest is just a few hundred metres away and Berlin begins on the other side of the lake. The house has its own private bathing area. The individually designed rooms in the Art Nouveau villa consist of a living room and two bedrooms with a warm atmosphere. The holiday apartment with a separate entrance and a living space of 105 square metres is exclusively and comfortably furnished and is suitable for 2-4 people. The bathroom with separate shower has, like the kitchen, underfloor heating. The fully equipped fitted kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. Flat-screen televisions are included in all the bedrooms and living rooms. In addition to a stereo system, CD and DVD player, Wi-fi is also available free of charge. The holiday apartment has a terrace and a private bathing area with garden furniture. A rowing boat is available for use free of charge; the garage, berth (up to 15 metres), kayak, windsurfing equipment, stand-up board, sailing boat, licence-free outboards for sailing and rowing boats can be used subject to payment of a fee.
