The three holiday apartments, all with modern furnishings, are located in an old farm right by Lake Köthener See. The first holiday apartment is on the upper floor and can accommodate two people in an area of 35 square metres; an extra bed is available. It has a living room and a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The second apartment is also on the upper floor and is reached by an external staircase. Covering 35 square metres, it has an open-plan eat-in kitchen, a bedroom, bathroom with shower and balcony. The third apartment is on the ground floor and has space for up to four people. It has an eat-in kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.

A cyclist’s room with its own bathroom and kitchenette can also be rented. A recreation room, garden furniture, barbecue facilities and a table tennis table are also available for guests to use on a communal basis. The property also offers free parking.
