An old butter churn, a dough bowl, a coal iron and two paintings named 'Gleaner Lady' and 'Sound of the Evening' in the staircase are a reminder of what Zeesener Dorfaue 1 once played host to: A farming business. Hermann Dumuschat's ancestors built the house and barn in the year 1928. After two years' building work, Angelika and Hermann Dumuschat opened their room rental service 'Zum Roten Hahn' ('The Red Rooster') in the barn on September 1, 2009. The name came from the red rooster on the roof of the former barn which, although mute, has the best view of the surrounding town district of Zeesen in Königs Wusterhausen. Three modern, tastefully furnished double rooms await you in a peaceful setting. The kitchen and dining room can be used by all guests. The lido on Lake Zeesen is very close by and includes a playground. Explore the magnificent lake and forest surroundings with a bicycle or e-bike from our own rental service.
