The restaurant offers, in the rooms of a Prussian pub, regional cuisine around the fish. Already 370 years ago, the taproom was operated on the ground floor of the corner house. Vegetables and herbs come from surrounding suppliers and fresh from the market. The local fish is purchased from the fishing company in Werder, the sea fish from selected traders and from sustainable fishing.
In addition there is freshly tapped organic beer from the Potsdam brewery or sparkling white wine from Werderaner Wachtelberg. Selected brandies from the award-winning settler's farm in Werder round off the offer.
