The rustic, wood-panelled walls and the table knees laid out like separeés offer enough space, so that you don't have to worry that your neighbour will eat half the building duck with dumplings and red cabbage. The interior is designed in the style of Alt-Babelsberg, a mural here, old scales and other nostalgic utensils there, photos from days gone by when the restaurant was still called Preußischer Hof, and the waitresses, all of whom serve in the Dirndl, create a cosy atmosphere. The kitchen offers German and especially Bavarian delicacies, such as veal sausage with sweet mustard or oven-fresh crusty roast.
But not only hearty food and beer, but also coffee specialities and long drinks are on the versatile menu. The restaurant offers space for approx. 120 persons as well as an additional separate room on the first floor, which is often and gladly used for celebrations of all kinds.
In summer, the delightfully green, cosy beer garden offers a further 80 seats.
