Maison Charlotte” in the Dutch Quarter of Potsdam’s historic centre is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal in French style. From the inside, the restaurant looks like a typical French country inn. Original floor tiles from the south of France, hand-painted plates from Normandy and a wealth of other details throughout the restaurant instantly convey entirely authentic French hospitality.

The historic facades and the old walnut tree provide relaxing shade on the terrace in the inner courtyard on hot summer days. The Wine Room in the Remise is perfect if a quiet, discreet setting is required for small family celebrations, regulars’ tables, conferences or business lunches.

The menu has something to suit every taste and appetite. Every day there are fresh oysters au gratin or à la nature, tarte flambée from the stone oven and of course the classic – Breton fish soup! The wine list includes top-class French wines at reasonable prices. In addition to wine, the restaurant also sells delicious delicatessen specialities from France.
