You can get to the bedrooms on the three upper floors from the cosy kitchen-cum-living room on the ground floor. There are four sleeping areas in total, each for two people. The old water tank on the fifth floor is used as a living room and a large panoramic window provides unobstructed views over the forests of the wildlife park. The spacious roof terrace offers unique views over to the New Palace in Sanssouci Park. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher and much more. Outside the tower, there are two parking spaces and a patio with garden furniture and a barbecue.

You can plan wonderful trips into the city centre from the water tower. The Museum Barberini art museum, Sanssouci Palace and the Dutch Quarter are just a stone's throw away.
