On the right side of the riverbank of the Havel, on the opposite side of the island Hermannswerder is the marina Potsdam. Here not only every boat will find its stand, but also those seeking relaxation, who travel without a boat are very welcome. On the commercial-like grounds, guests have a 15 sqm room with shower and WC at their disposal, which becomes a double room after the couch shown has been removed. The room is in a container building, in which also the sanitary facilities for boat drivers are accommodated. The harbour office is occupied daily until 6 o'clock pm. There you will receive tips for excursions as well as extensive information and maps about Potsdam, Berlin and the region. In the restaurant "Kombüse 22", 20 meters away, you can enjoy a cup of coffee or something to eat. The location of the harbour is ideal for water sports enthusiasts and those who are interested in culture. The park Sanssouci is in direct proximity - approx. 8 walking minutes - and due to the excellent traffic connection one arrives very well to the numerous objects of interest of the city. Motor boats can be rented for a fee - even without a boat licence.
