The Lindow campsite Weißer Sand is located directly at Lake Gudelacksee in the heart of the Ruppiner Seenland Lake District. It takes its name (“white sand”) from a small sandy beach directly on the grounds. There is also a waterway rest area with a landing stage for boats. In the immediate vicinity of the campsite there are restaurants as well as a marina with boat rentals. In the town there is a discount supermarket as well as a bakery and other shops. The site has 50 spaces for holidaymakers, modern washrooms and showers, accessible toilets, washing machine and dryer, a kiosk and a children’s playground.

There are wonderful forest trails and cycle paths in and around Lindow,

while bicycle and canoe rentals are available directly at the Weißer Sand campsite. Dogs are allowed on the site after registration.

This facility is also certified with the “Bett + Kanu” seal of quality, offering water tourers a comfortable place to stay – even for just a single night.
