This fish snack bar is situated directly at the lake in the heart of the countryside. “Böttcher&Sohn” is run by the seventh generation of a family of fishermen and can only be reached on foot or by bicycle (walking distance from the car park in Neuglobsow about ten minutes).

The menu includes regional and fresh fish dishes as well as self-caught smoked fish, fried fish and pickled fish. Depending on the catch and the season, you can order vendace, eel, pike, perch, tench, roach and rudd – served with chips, fried potatoes and much more besides.

In addition to the rooms in the fishery, there is also a spacious beer garden with a view of Lake Stechlinsee. In the summer months you can take a break here with a glass of beer or a cup of coffee and watch the fishermen smoking the fish.
