At the Germendorf Animal and Theme Park, visitors young and old can observe exotic as well as native animal species at close quarters! The spacious grounds are enriched by playground facilities with numerous offers for jumping, driving, climbing and romping. On weekends and public holidays, the bumper cars, the merry-go-round and the fairytale train are in operation, weather permitting.

Another highlight: the park is populated not only by living animals, but also by animals that are already extinct. Whether Archaeopteryx, Brachiosaurus, T-Rex, sabre-toothed cat or steppe mammoth - almost 100 prehistoric models in original size inspire visitors in the amusement park's "Palaeontological Show Garden". A breathtaking setting that has already been used for the filming of several music videos.

Visitors can also take it easy on one of the sandy beaches or settle down for a picnic at one of the many rest areas.
