Arrive, take a deep breath, and relax in the ‘Pier 5 - Auszeit am See’ holiday apartment, the ideal place to unwind and feel at home. The residential complex, located directly on Lake Scharmützel, offers its own jetty with two bathing ladders, a large sunbathing lawn, and a barbecue area by the water.

The light-flooded holiday apartment extends over two levels with a spacious living area and a bedroom on the gallery. There are two balconies facing south and west.

The open-plan living area is furnished with a cosy couch corner. The modern, internet-enabled TV, BlueRay player, books and games invite you to relax and unwind. On cool evenings, the fireplace can create a cosy atmosphere.

In the other part of the living area is the kitchen with a large dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave and a refrigerator with freezer compartment. Of course, there is plenty of crockery and a basic supply of spices and tea.

A spiral staircase leads to the gallery, where a comfortable double bed ensures a restful night's sleep. There is a small television and a radio here. The gallery offers a side view of Lake Scharmützel.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin and toilet.

The flat has an underground parking space, and public parking spaces are within walking distance.

The holiday flat is ideal for two people. An extra bed can be added on the sofa bed in the living area for a third and fourth person.

Due to the spiral staircase leading to the bedroom, the flat is not suitable for small children.
