The former lock-keeper's house from 1880 is situated close to nature on the peninsula between the Finow Canal and the Oder-Havel Canal. There are three modern holiday apartments in the building which sleep two people each. An extra bed for a child can be provided on request.

The apartments feature a combined living room/bedroom with seating, dining table and a small integrated kitchen. There is a shower in the bathroom. A cot can be provided on request. The apartments also have a flat-screen television. The apartments have their own private entrance.

Guests have use of the garden with sunbathing lawn and barbecue area and a table tennis table, and canoes to explore the canals can be hired on request. There is also a bicycle rental service. Parking is available on the property.
