Not so long ago, the company "Drunter und Drüber" was founded—a small market garden operating on an organic basis and following the principles of bio-intensive farming. The goal is to achieve maximum yields on a very small area using ecological methods that foster biodiversity. This produces flavorful vegetables and salad greens, which are distributed via a subscription box model. The work is done 100% by hand—without heavy machinery—using soil-friendly practices and avoiding the use of fossil fuels. In nature—for nature!
