The holiday apartment is located on the first floor of the owner's house and can be accessed via a separate external staircase. Furnishings include a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, and the property can accommodate up to three people. A travel cot is available to book for an additional fee.

Outside, guests have access to a private parking space and a garden with seating and a barbecue area. There is a mud kitchen for the little ones and a public playground is located in the immediate vicinity.

Dogs are welcome and can be accommodated in a kennel on the property for a fee, subject to prior booking. Please note, however, that dogs, regardless of their size, are not permitted inside the holiday flat.

Before arrival, guests will receive an email containing the access details for the accommodation.
