The church tower with its crow-stepped gable defines the silhouette of the second largest town in the administrative district. The fieldstone church dating from the 13th century with its striking use of brick is surrounded by a churchyard. The pillars and pointed arch apertures form an effective tower structure. The frescoes from the Late Gothic and Renaissance periods are also worth seeing. The two baptismal angels and the wooden sculptures of the Apostles Peter and Paul are also remarkable. Field stone building dating from the 13th century with the remnants of medieval painting. Extensive exhibition on the history of the village and the church.
