The building was of high importance for the Christians at that time, as they always had to go to Pinnow for church services.
The church building is a rectangular hall building with a gable roof originally covered in dark gray tiles. In 2014, the roof was re-roofed with red tiles. On the north side of the building there is a wooden gallery where the organ is situated. Besides, it offers space for up to 20 people of the church choir.
Since the church building does not have a tower, a separate belfry was set up. The three bells were consecrated on July 7, 1963.
Since 2008 the building has been listed as a historical monument.
