Whether you are sitting inside the terrific "Orangerie" restaurant furnished with antique items, or outside on the Prussian manor house’s terrace overlooking the idyllic park, dining truly is an experience, with each dish being a delight of the table. The head chef and team are renowned for their creative approach to the Brandenburg-style manor house cuisine each time with new, contemporary variations. Their claim to quality follows the fundamentals of the "Slow-Food" movement, for instance with a variation of woolly pork and spring vegetables paired with pear, or roasted saddle of aurochs on sautéed salad hearts with plum gnocchi. The fine selection of wines provides another culinary pleasure.

All-year, daily from 12 noon, kitchen until 9 p.m., or upon arrangement
