The hotel is located in a former machine building for grain handling at the old harbour in Groß Neuendorf. The building was refurbished in 2005 and its four storeys are now home to nine rooms and a holiday apartment. The rooms are furnished sparsely and simply, yet invitingly.

All storeys allow for stunning views across the river Oder. Snacks are served in the in-house restaurant between April and October.

The Oder-Neiße Cycle Path goes past the hotel. Guests can also moor their boats here.
