Traditional, handmade ice-cream (lactose and gluten-free also available) made by us: Fruit sorbets, herb and flower ice-cream made with milk and cream (depending on the season), conventional ice-cream flavours, home-made cakes and tarts, and much more.

Herbs, flowers and fruit mainly come from the region and are freshly prepared. Fruit sorbets are lactose-free as they do not contain milk or cream. Gluten-free cakes are available.
