The restaurant Seewirtschaft truly has a good starting position.

In the past, hotels and excursion destinations such as Strandgarten lined up here.

The restaurant is open to everyone – whether guests from near or far, or locals from the region. “The goal is to create a place where everyone feels comfortable, where hospitality is lived, and culinary enjoyment meets authentic atmosphere.” Culinary-wise, there is a down-to-earth menu with changing highlights.

It builds on proven dishes while also setting new accents. Particularly noteworthy is the close collaboration with regional producers. Freshness, quality, and sustainability are at the center of the concept – in line with modern, honest cuisine.

A special feature: the glass kitchen in the middle of the dining area. It allows guests to watch the kitchen team in action live.

Here, crisp fresh salads are arranged before your eyes, fresh catches are filleted, and steaks are pan-seared à la minute.

Just watching this awakens your taste buds and underscores the restaurant's main focus: appreciation of nature, producers, and their pure, honest ingredients. In addition to the lunch and dinner menus, there is a brunch on scheduled dates. Here, not only friends and family come together, but also hearty classics and sweet surprises, warm dishes and fresh salads, fine cold cuts and oven-warm bread.

After all, there is always something to celebrate. Speaking of celebrations, it should also be mentioned that Seewirtschaft can be rented for private events. Whether a family gathering, team event, or evening conclusion, the restaurant is the right place for up to 60 people.
