The wilderness pedagogues of the wilderness school Betula span thereby a welfare bow between the old knowledge of our ancestors and the needs of humans of today, which detached themselves meanwhile to a large extent from nature. With the ancient art of nature mentoring and of course in the midst of greenery, they want to inspire and accompany people on their own path.

Guided forest bathing includes the following services:
  •     forest stay accompanied by wilderness pedagogy (3h)
  •     Increase of perception, mindfulness and well-being
  •     Strengthening of the feeling of connection with nature
  •     Prevention of physical and mental illnesses
  •     Learning breathing and relaxation techniques

Regular forest bathing...
  • strengthens the natural defenses
  • balances the autonomic nervous system
  • improves well-being and sleep quality
  • deepens the feeling of connection with nature
  • is active health prevention

What you can expect...
  • fresh and pure forest air
  • silence and natural sounds
  • learning breathing and relaxation techniques
  • exercises to refine the senses and perception
  • meditations and mindfulness exercises
  • light yoga and Qi Gong exercises
