The Im Grünen holiday home is in a quiet, green residential settlement in the south east of the waterside town of Fürstenberg/Havel. The town centre is about 15 minutes away on foot.

There are shops, restaurants, cafés, a post office, bakery, pharmacy and banks. The train station is about 20 minutes away on foot. From there, regional trains go to Berlin central station on an hourly basis (journey time 1 hour).

The separate holiday home is on a 1,200 square metre plot, lovingly planted by the owner, who lives in the front building. The neighbouring properties are almost entirely obscured.

The holiday home, which was fully renovated in 2017 and decorated to a high standard, is about 55 square metres in size. It is divided into a modern living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, cooker, fridge with a freezer compartment and all of the essential cooking appliances, a hallway, shower and separate toilet.

The hallway, shower, toilet and kitchen floors are tiled. The living room and bedroom have laminate flooring.

A television and DVD player as well as five high quality bicycles (three 28 inch bikes for adults, a 20 inch bike and a 24 inch bike for children), a barbecue, games and books are available to guests.

A covered terrace with a view of the manicured garden invites you to relax or have some breakfast to start the day. A seating set with covers can be used.

Visitors who do not like mosquitoes will be glad to hear that all of the windows are fitted with window screens. The holiday home can be booked all year round as it has modern heating.

Pets are not permitted at this property.
