Nature park etiquette: How to become a nature conservation professional

  1. Use the designated paths and parking spaces!

Whether hiking trails, cycle path network or paths for horse and rider: Please only use the marked paths that are intended for your type of locomotion. You can also discover the fascinating landscapes from here. Dogs must be kept on a leash. This way you spare wild animals the dangerous chase and your dog the danger. Don't forget dog waste bags! To park your motorised vehicle, please use the designated parking spaces.

  2. Litter, fire, game camping? Not in the nature park!

Actually, it goes without saying: Please dispose of your rubbish in waste containers provided for this purpose. Camping and spending the night in a car or camper van is only allowed in nature reserves on official camping and bivouac sites or other specially marked areas. Do not light fires in the nature reserve: The use of barbecues and outdoor cooking utensils as well as smoking in the forest are also not permitted due to the fire hazard!

  3. Peace and consideration are the forest's friend: this is how you protect flora and fauna.

Berries, mushrooms, herbs and wild plants invite you to gather. However, please observe the hand bunch rule: everyone may take as much as is customary for personal use. Plants under nature protection may not be collected. And: Behave as quietly as possible - your chances of observing animals can only increase!
