The separate, self-contained holiday home in the Santa’s Grotto town of Himmelpfort is between Lake Haussee and Lake Moderfitzsee on a 500 square metre woodland property. It is a one-storey, age-appropriately equipped house with about 100 square metres of living space.

The holiday home, which is decorated to a high standard, is suitable for four persons. It has a living room with a fireplace, a large bedroom with a cot, a kitchen and a shower bathroom. The house also has a covered terrace with rattan furniture and a sun terrace with toys (swing, sandpit, slide etc.). The property has a boat landing stage with a rowing boat just a few minutes away. The boat can be rented (Euro 7 per day).

There is a barbecue and recreational games.

Small pets are permitted by arrangement.
