Chocolate lovers and curious onlookers can gain an insight into how chocolate is made. Melted chocolate is turned into shells, bars and pralines before your eyes. Lots of customer requests are fulfilled and a broad range of forms and figures can be made out of chocolate. Children can order their own chocolate pizza.

Chocolate workshops and praline courses are offered.

Groups of visitors can book a guided tour of the production facility followed by a praline tasting. These must be booked in advance. 

And if you really want some chocolate then, you can sample some more at the factory shop before you decide what to buy. Return visitors will always find a different chocolate favourite to nibble on or take home.

Next door at Café Hasenheide, you can stop off for a cosy coffee break.
