In the Rhinluch, south of Neuruppin between the stork village of Linum and Kremmen, lies one of Brandenburg’s most unspoilt canoeing areas. Throughout the tour, you can spot a wide variety of rare birds and plants. Thanks to nearby Linum, storks are always present in summer. The tour starts in Linum at the harbour (or conversely in Kremmen, at the L19 canoe landing stage, by the bridge over the Ruppiner Canal) and takes canoeists along the Old Rhin via Linumhorst to Kremmen.

with bus and train: From Berlin-Gesundbrunnen take the S25 to Hennigsdorf. There, take the RE 6 in the direction of Wittenberge and travel to Neuruppin Rheinsberger Tor. Here take bus no. 756 in the direction of Fehrbellin. In Fehrbellin change to bus no. 758 in the direction of Kremmen. Take bus 758 to Linum, Zu den Teichen.

Car: In Berlin take the A111 in the direction of Oranienburg. At the Oranienburg interchange, take the A10 toward Hamburg. Then change to the A24 and leave it at the Kremmen exit. Continue on the L170 in the direction of Kremmen. Then continue via the L162 and L16 to Linum.

Departure:

with bus and train: From the Kremmen canoe landing stage on the L19, cross the bridge over the Ruppiner Canal to the bus stop by the canal (within walking distance), then take bus 801 to Kremmen station. From there, continue on the RE6 towards Berlin. At Hennigsdorf station, change to the S-Bahn 25 towards Teltow-Stadt. After a journey of approx. 26 minutes, you will reach the Berlin-Gesundbrunnen stop.

Car: From the canoe landing stage in Kremmen, on the L19 Am Kanal, take the Ruppiner Chausse, Ruppiner Straße and Schlossdamm to Nauener Straße (the L170), heading towards the A24 motorway. Follow the motorway towards Berlin. At the Havelland motorway junction, change to the A10 towards Berlin and continue to the Oranienburg motorway junction. Then take the A111, which leads into the city of Berlin.
